Weather & Cancellation Policy

• A $50 deposit is required to reserve this package.

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the event date to receive a refund of the deposit.

Weather Policy

• If there is a severe weather forecast, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event.

• If bad weather occurs on the day of the event, the deposit will not be refunded, but it can be applied toward a future booking within the same season.

Severe weather may include

• Heavy rain
• Thunderstorms
• High winds
• Unsafe conditions for inflatable equipment

Important Notes

• Adequate space is required for setup.
• Final placement of equipment is determined by Ralph’s Rentals staff for safety reasons.
• Delivery fees may apply depending on location.
